What is the setup fee?
The €100 one-time setup fee covers an onboarding session where we work with you to configure your topics, write your ground truth facts, and set up your 20 prompts. This ensures your first audit is meaningful from day one.
What if I need more than 5 topics or 20 prompts?
Additional topics and prompts can be added to any paid plan. Contact us to discuss your needs.
How often are audits run?
On both paid plans, audits run every week across all your topics and models. You'll be alerted immediately if new errors appear.
Can I start with the free audit and upgrade later?
Yes — and that's exactly how most clients start. The free audit shows you the problem. The paid plans monitor and address it on an ongoing basis.
